The plumbing supply store opened without automation: catalogue work and day-to-day operations were handled manually.
An online store and CRM bring together products and variants, orders, stock operations, documents and delivery calculations based on store rules.
The team works in one system instead of separate catalogues. Customers choose a variant and order online; delivery is calculated automatically, and staff process orders and documents in the CRM.
01 / Project scope
The goal is to connect plumbing purchases with catalogue, order, warehouse and delivery management.
01 / STORE
Customers find products by name or SKU, choose a size and see the price of the selected variant.
02 / CRM
Orders, catalogue and warehouse operations are organised in an admin system for the team’s daily work.
03 / DELIVERY
Costs depend on the city, zone, weight and order value. Rates are managed in the CRM.
02 / Workflow
Catalogue search and variants help customers select the right size and SKU.
The customer reviews the order and chooses how to receive it.
Staff work with orders, statuses and assignments.
Warehouse operations and documents are available in the same admin system.
